I'm assuming that you'll be visiting Greece next summer, right? Because if you go in October - November you won't find any partying going on (especially on islands...).

If you like to party I'd start with Mykonos, Ios, Santorini, Rhodes, Crete or Kerkyra. These are probably the busiest islands during the summer peak season.
